Grilled Anchovies

Clean the anchovies and open them (like opening a book).

Take a bowl, add olive oil, capers, lemon zest, coriander, garlic, breadcrumbs, and mix them evenly to make a filling.

Sprinkle a little filling on each anchovy.

Roll the anchovies into a roll.
5.
Place the anchovies in an oiled baking dish and spread the remaining breadcrumbs evenly on top.
6.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes (180°C), ready to eat.
