Grilled Cheese Slices

Put the pre-cut 70g cheese slices into the container, then add 50g powdered sugar and 100g in turn
Butter, 100g light cream. Anjia cream cheese cheese slices can be used directly here, which is very convenient and tastes better.

Put it on the induction cooker and heat it over water until the cheese slices, butter, etc. are completely melted. As shown below.

Cut off the extra corners. This is for aesthetics, but it is a little waste. You can omit this step if you make it yourself at home, and it will not affect the taste! Then spread the cheese mixture evenly on the surface. As shown below.

After the application is finished, apply a layer of egg mixture evenly on the surface, so that the surface will be golden and the taste will be better after baking.

Put it into an oven with a high heat of 210 and a low heat of 0 degrees and bake for about 10 until the surface is golden. After baking, brush the cheese mixture evenly again. The delicious grilled cheese slices are just fine.
