Grilled Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings and pierce the holes with a toothpick. (Make the chicken wings more delicious).

Cut the ginger slices into strips and add them to the chicken wings, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add salt, oil, sugar, light soy sauce, and seasonings to the chicken wings.

Stir the chicken wings and seasonings evenly, wrap them in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Spread tin foil on the baking tray and spread the whole wings on the tin foil.

Heat the oven up and down at 220 degrees, place it on the middle floor, and bake for 25 minutes
