Zero Cooking-grilled Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings and pierce the holes with a toothpick. (Make the chicken wings more delicious)

Cut the ginger slices into strips and add them to the chicken wings, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add salt, oil, sugar, light soy sauce, and seasonings to the chicken wings.

Stir the chicken wings and seasonings evenly, wrap them in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cover the baking tray with tin foil and spread the whole wings on the tin foil.
