Grilled Fish Tofu

Put the fish tofu on a bamboo skewers, 4 pieces each,

First apply a layer of oil,

Brush with chili sauce,

Sprinkle with cumin powder at the end,

Preheat the oven, fire up and down, middle level, 180 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes.
