Grilled Garlic Moss with Fish Soak

The fish bubble is quite big and it's whole, I didn't chop it finely.

Wash the garlic moss and cut it into sections, and cut other materials well.

Boil the garlic moss in boiling water for two minutes.

Heat the oil to fry the mashed garlic until fragrant, then add the shredded fish and ginger and stir fry.

Then add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.

When the fish bubbles are ready to be cooked, add tomatoes and the garlic moss after boiling water and stir fry.

Add a small bowl of hot water and cook for two minutes. Boil the tomatoes so that the sourness of the tomatoes melts into the fish bubble. Season it!

Tips:
1. Fish bubbles have a fishy smell, add some cooking wine to get rid of the fishy smell.
2. It is more appropriate to stir-fry fish with some chili.
