Grilled Herring

1. The herring is cleaned.

2. Wash and shred the onion and pepper.

3. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Add some water to the spicy bean paste to bring to the boil, add the very fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and mix well.

5. Add the green onion, ginger, garlic and the sauce to the fish, mix well and marinate for two hours.

6. Put half of the onion and pepper in the baking dish.

7. Put the fish and sprinkle the other half of the onion with shredded pepper.

8. Pour the marinade sauce.

9. Bake in the baking tray for about 25 minutes.

Tips:

If you like spicy food, add more chili.
