Steamed Fish Cubes with Chopped Pepper

Wash the fish pieces

Prepare garlic slices, shredded ginger, chopped green onion and chopped pepper

Mix chopped pepper with ginger, garlic slices and chopped green onion

Spread the fish cubes evenly with salt and white wine

Pour the seasoning and mix well and marinate for 1 hour

After the steamer boiled, add the fish to the high heat for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait 2 minutes before turning it on

Pour out the steamed water and use it

Add shredded ginger and chopped green onion to the noodles, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce

The oil is boiling

Just pour it on the fish
Tips:
The chopped peppers I use are made by myself and are not very salty. Generally, the chopped peppers I buy tend to have a salty taste.
