The golden mustard has a unique flavor and a special way of eating. Put some salt in it for 5 hours and then wash it. It can be chopped and mixed with other ingredients or fried, or put into soup. This golden silk mustard fish soup is our own specialty soup. It uses pickled herring pieces into the soup, and chopped golden mustard before being out of the pot. The soup is bleached with green silk, and the color is delicious and fresh, which increases appetite.

Golden Mustard Fish Soup

1. Prepare green onion and ginger slices

2. The herring is chopped and washed and drained. First, add white wine and mix well, then add salt, green onion and ginger, wrap it in plastic wrap and marinate (8 hours)

3. Wash with mustard

4. Add 2 grams of salt and knead until the color changes and let stand for 4 hours

5. Then wash and squeeze dry water and chop

6. Pour water into the pot, add the remaining green onion and ginger, cover and bring to a boil

7. Add the fish cubes first

8. Add cooking wine

9. After removing the foam, cover with high heat for 15 minutes

10. Then add the golden mustard

11. After boiling, add olive oil and try the taste. If it doesn’t taste enough, add salt to taste. I didn’t add

12. It tastes best when served hot

Tips:

1. Marinate the fish for a longer time, which will not only taste good, but also the fish will not loosen;
2. The taste of each company is different, and the saltiness is adjusted by yourself. The original taste of this soup is very delicious, and there is no need to add chicken essence or other seasoning;
3. This dish used to be seasoned with boiled lard. I didn’t have lard and used olive oil. If you like, you can try lard. The taste is very unusual.
