Pickled Fish

Separate fish bones from fish meat

Add sauerkraut in a frying pan and stir fry

Stir-fry for a while and add some water and cook for five minutes

In another oil pan, add ginger and fish bones and stir fry

Then add the oyster mushroom cooking wine

Add appropriate amount of water

After cooking until the soup turns white, add the kimchi soup

Cook for another five minutes until the soup boils, add the marinated fish fillets and salt

Add oil to the pan, add minced garlic and stir fry
10.
Add the fish to the pan, stir-fry, minced garlic and shallots
Tips:
The fish fillets are marinated with eggs, pepper and cooking wine for half an hour before use
