Grilled Lamb

Boil the lamb with water and let it cool for later use (the cooking step is omitted here)

Slice the cold lamb

Chopped green onion and set aside

Peel the garlic and set aside

Ingredients: two spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, a little sugar, half a spoon of sesame oil, a little pepper powder, add chopped green onion and minced garlic and water to make a bowl of juice for later use

Put the coriander in the pot if the soup is thick
