Grilled Meat with Beef Sauce

Prepare the pork leg.

Prepare beef barbecue sauce, light soy sauce, and black pepper.

Pour the barbecue sauce into a large bowl.

Add black pepper.

Pour in the light soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of crushed dried red pepper.

Wash the pork, use a fork to pierce the pork with an appropriate amount of small eyes (for marinating and taste); pour the pork into a bowl and knead well with barbecue sauce.

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Put the marinated pork into a microwave bowl.

Place the bowl on the microwave grill; bake the thin pieces for 10 minutes.

Take it out and turn it over, and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.

The roasted pork can be eaten sliced or fried with vegetables.
