Grilled Octopus with Sugar and Garlic
1.
Remove the head and internal organs of the fish, clean it, cut into sections, cut a knife on the fish, and wipe off the water with a kitchen paper towel.
2.
Sugar garlic, slice ginger, cut green onion into small pieces.
3.
Preheat a non-stick pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the hairtail. (You can stick a little starch on the surface of the hairtail to prevent sticking)
4.
Fry until browned on both sides.
5.
Leave a little oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, sugar garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.
6.
Add the fried octopus and the cooking wine.
7.
Pour in the sugar and garlic juice, which is almost equal to the hairtail.
8.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce to color and season.
9.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Turn the noodles in the middle until the soup thickens.
10.
Sprinkle some chopped green onions out of the pot.
Tips:
This dish is cooked with sugar and garlic sauce, so it tastes sweeter. Those who don’t like sweets can add a little less sugar and garlic juice and a little more water.
