Material drawing.
2.
When the octopus was bought home, it was already cut into sections, and it was washed and marinated with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, and ginger powder.
3.
Take the dry plate, pour the starch, and coat the marinated fish one by one with starch.
4.
Cut green onions into sections, add 30 grams of tomato sauce with light soy sauce, 15 grams of sugar, and add some water for later use.
5.
Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, pour out the oil, re-oil and heat up. If it is a non-stick pan, you can directly pour the oil so that the oil is not easy to break the skin. Put the processed fish in the pan and fry it over medium heat.
6.
After all the fish are fried, put the fish in a pot, put green onions, and pour the sauce that was adjusted before. Bring to a medium heat and turn to low heat to cook through.
7.
Just collect the juice.
8.
Out of the pan.
Tips:
In ordinary pan frying fish, broiled pan is very important, and the fish will not stick to the pan if it is handled properly.
Frying fish uses more fat, so the onion is not fried, it will be more fragrant after fried.
