Grilled Oysters with Oyster Sauce and Garlic
1.
Buy the oysters and wash them in running water with a small brush. Try not to rinse the oyster flesh with a lot of water, which will affect the delicious taste (the oysters bought today are super big, very tempting)
2.
Prepare garlic, coriander, and shallots for later use
3.
Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then put in the washed oysters and start roasting (up and down at 200 degrees for 15 minutes)
4.
Chop garlic, coriander, and shallots into finely chopped pieces and set aside
5.
Put the bottom oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant
6.
Add oyster sauce and sugar to taste, add appropriate amount of water to boil
7.
Drip in the fresh chicken juice to enhance the flavor, pour in the water starch to thicken and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
8.
The mixed sauce is poured on the oyster meat
9.
Pour the oysters with the sauce in turn and place them on the baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
10.
I have heard the beautiful crackling sound, my baby should be out of the oven too! Put the very tempting grilled oysters with oyster sauce and garlic on the plate and cut cucumber slices for garnish

Tips:
