Tips:
If you don’t eat the fresh saury right away after you buy it, you should wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator, and cook as soon as possible within 1-2 days. If it is placed in the freezer, it can be stored for 3 months or more, and the taste will be compromised.
