Grilled Saury with Japanese Salad Sauce

Ingredients: 2 saury, 2 sachets of Kubi Japanese Salad Sauce, a little flour, a little sesame, a little oil

Wash the saury, cut each into three sections, and cut open.

Sprinkle a little flour.

Pour oil in the pot and heat it up,

Add the fish and fry until golden on both sides,

Out of the pot.

In another pot, add saury and salad sauce,

Stir fry so that the saury is evenly coated with the sauce.

Continue, sauté until the soup thickens, turn off the heat,

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips:
Japanese-style salad dressing can be prepared with Japanese-style seasonings.
When frying fish, the fire should not be too high to avoid burning.
