Grilled Seafood Mushroom with Scallop Sauce
1.
There is no need to wash the seafood mushrooms. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the dust on the surface of the mushrooms and cut off the old roots.
2.
Add oil to a deep pan, add seafood mushrooms in batches after the oil is hot, fry until the surface of the mushrooms becomes wrinkled and turns yellow, and then take them out.
3.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the excess frying oil for the fried mushrooms.
4.
When the oil comes out of the fried mushrooms, use a little remaining oil to fry the minced garlic, chopped dried chilies, add a tablespoon of scallop sauce and stir well.
5.
Then add the fried mushrooms and the above seasonings and dry-fry them. Let the seafood mushrooms evenly mix the seasonings. Season with appropriate amount of salt and pepper. Finally, add chopped green onion and stir-fry for a few times.
