Grilled Sole Fish

Ingredients (The sole used here is actually a type of flounder.)

Wash the soles of the sole fish,

Add cumin powder, pepper, pepper powder, Knorr chicken powder, salt to the bowl

Add cooking wine and mix well

Brush evenly on both sides of the fish and marinate for 15 minutes

Put the fish on the grill pan with oil, and apply a layer of oil on the surface of the fish

Preheat the oven, put the upper and lower pipes at 200 degrees into the middle layer, bake for 10 minutes, sprinkle the chili powder and sesame seeds evenly on the fish, and brush a layer of oil. Re-enter the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 200 degrees into the upper layer, bake for 10 minutes and serve.
