Grilled Squid with Cumin

The two big squid whiskers that I bought back grow so big...

Cut into sections and blanch.

Over cold water, cut green and red peppers.
4.
Put ginger, cumin, pepper and peppercorns in a hot pot (the cumin pepper and peppercorns are grinded by my own hands, not by a machine, the cooking tastes good), stir fry, and put some bean paste.
5.
Fry the big squid for a while.
6.
Stir fry with green and red peppers, season with salted chicken essence and dark soy sauce. The peppers can be cooked when they are cut off.
