Grilled Steak
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Add a little cooking wine to the steak, soak in water for 3-4 hours to better remove the fishy
3.
Put the seasoning in a small bowl, boil with a small amount of hydration, and stir evenly; drain the steak and put it in the plate
4.
After controlling the moisture, use a kitchen paper towel to dry the excess moisture
5.
Sprinkle the seasoning in the small bowl evenly on the steaks and massage them thoroughly to make sure that each steak is covered with the seasonings. After that, marinate for 4-5 hours and keep it in the refrigerator overnight for more flavor
6.
After marinating, put it in an air fryer (oven is fine)
7.
160 degrees for 15 minutes, after that, turn over 160 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes
Tips:
Warm reminder of silk scarf: The steak cooked in this way is more chewy; if you want to eat softer, you can press it in a pressure cooker, and then grill it. I didn't put too much seasoning, because the flavor of the prepared seasoning is already very strong.
