It looks ugly~ but it is super delicious~ It takes too much time to roast pork with dried plum and vegetables, and it is greasy~ If you cook yellow croaker, you don't have to worry about getting fat, and the taste is very good!

Grilled Yellow Croaker with Plum Dried Vegetables

1. Wash the yellow croaker, catch three of the dried plums and soak them in warm water~

2. Dry the fish body with kitchen paper, smear salt and cooking wine, put ginger slices in the belly, and marinate for a while~

3. Pour oil in a nonstick pan and put a large slice of ginger~

4. Fry the fish until golden on both sides~

5. Cut the scallion and ginger into sections, and cut the meatballs with black pepper sauce~ I should have used some pork belly stew, but the pork belly did not melt... I had to use some pork balls...

6. In another larger pot, saute the ingredients with the oil of the fried fish

7. Add cooking wine and dried plums

8. Put the fish in the pot and burn

9. Stew or stew, you can cook it out

Tips:

Not much experience~It's simple~It's so ugly to make...but it's delicious!
