This is a spicy noodle with tempeh that opens up the taste buds. The oily chili made by myself is added with roasted peanuts, and after fusion with tempeh, the sauce has a strong aroma and a crispy peanut. I have always liked the noodles. The noodles are smooth and chewy, great, try it.

Guizhou Douchi Spicy Sauce Flavored Noodles

1. Prepare dragon beard noodles

2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles and scoop it up after they are cooked

3. Put sesame oil in a basin and mix well to avoid sticking

4. Prepare tempeh and oil chili

5. Pour the tempeh in a hot pot with warm oil to burst out the aroma and then take it out of the pot

6. Mix the tempeh, chili pepper, and fresh soy sauce from the pot, prepare the chopped green onion

7. Put the noodles in a basin first, then add the tempeh hot sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

8. Mix well and enjoy

Tips:

1. It can be cooked with other different doughs;
2. Pour sesame oil on the cooked dough and mix well to avoid sticking.
