Tomato and Egg Noodles

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces

Eggs whipped into liquid

Put the peanut oil in the wok over the heat, wait for the oil to heat up, add the tomatoes and stir fry for a while.

Add water to boil

Add the dragon beard noodles, close the lid and bring to a boil.

Pour the egg mixture into the pot and cook for a while, sprinkle the chopped green onion, add salt, and drizzle lightly soy sauce. The egg mixture is formed and ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
The noodles I use here is Longxu noodles, which is easier to cook. If the noodles are thick, add more water when cooking, and make sure to cook the noodles thoroughly.
