Recently, the weather is hot and I always have no appetite for food. I miss the beef with sour soup that I ate when I went to Kaili, Guizhou last year. I simply bought the authentic Guizhou sour soup on the Internet and started it!

Guizhou Suantang Beef

1. Wash the tomatoes, dice and set aside.

2. Scallion ginger sauté pan, fry diced tomatoes
