The first step is to clean the fish, and then cut off the head and tail.

The second step is to cut the fish into strips

The third step is to put the fish on the plate for arranging. If there is no small sausage at home, you can use other instead

The fourth step is to sprinkle some salt and cooking wine and wait for five minutes, then it can be steamed in the pot for fifteen minutes

In the fifth step, pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok and heat it to 60% to 70% heat. Finally, add the steamed fish soy sauce and pour it on the fish and you're done.
