Ingredients: 62 grams of A collagen powder, 125 grams of black sesame seeds, 125 grams of walnut kernels, 187 grams of seedless golden jujube, 62 grams of rock sugar, 250 grams of rice wine. Method: 1. Fry the black sesame seeds over a low fire and set aside. 2. Cut walnut kernels and golden jujube into small cubes for better grinding into fines.

3. Grind the walnut kernels, golden jujube, black sesame seeds and rock sugar with a grinder into the powder

4. After grinding, put into bowls separately for later use

5. Put the ground ingredients in an anhydrous and oil-free container and stir evenly

6. Pour the rice wine

8. Put it in the pot. Cover the pot with a plate, then cover the pot, and steam it over water. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes, then change to low heat for 90 minutes
