Put it in a food processor and beat it into powder.

Wash the red dates and dry, remove the core and cut into slices.

Put the soaked donkey-hide gelatin into a pot, add water and start to simmer over water, and simmer slowly over low heat. Frequent stirring is required during the stewing.

Add rock sugar and walnut kernels. During the boiling process, donkey-hide gelatin will become thicker and darker in color.

If the donkey-hide gelatin is almost melted when stirring, add the wolfberry and stew together.

Tips:
People with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, phlegm-damp constitution, damp-heat constitution should not consume donkey-hide gelatin.
