The grass is a special dish of our big Yangzhong, and the octopus burned grass is very delicious.

Hairtail with Fish

1. Wash hairtail, cut into sections and drain. Add cooking wine, salt, starch and marinate for a while.
Fry in an electric baking pan until golden on both sides. I like to fry octopus with an electric baking pan. It does not use oil, is not fragile, and is fast.

8. Cook for another 5 minutes to get out of the pot. The saplings of this season will not taste bad if they are not boiled. Be careful of fishbone when eating.

Tips:

The saplings must be cooked for a long time. If the saplings of this season are boiled to be green, the vegetables cannot be chewed.
