Hairy Crab Congee

Cook the porridge first, but don’t cook it too badly

Wash hairy crabs and cut into small pieces

Pour the prepared hairy crabs into the porridge, then add the lean meat

Add some salt to freshen up

Finally, add the celery to remove the smell, and cook for about five minutes.
Tips:
Stir the porridge from time to time, otherwise it will stick to the pan
