There were still a few hairy crabs that I ate yesterday. Today, I saw a baby cabbage in the refrigerator, so I decided to call it a combination of the two. It turns out that baby cabbage absorbs the umami flavor of hairy crabs and it tastes good.

Hairy Crab Grilled Baby Dishes

1. Hairy crabs remove the shell, clean the internal organs and gills, and cut into pieces for later use

2. Cut everything and put it in the basin

3. Cut baby cabbage into thick strips, chop green onion and ginger and set aside

4. Add oil to the wok, add green onion and ginger until the oil is hot

5. Stir fry the crab pieces

6. After the crabs change color, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes

7. First add the roots of baby cabbage and stir fry

8. Add baby cabbage leaves and stir fry

9. After the vegetables are soft, add some salt and turn them out.

Tips:

Don't add too much seasoning so as not to cover up the umami flavor of the crab.
