Hakka Ginger Wine Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken and chop into large pieces, pour it into an oil-free and water-free pan and stir fry for a while, and fry both sides of golden brown.
2.
Add dried ginger (the dried ginger here is ground dried ginger) and pour in Hakka rice wine. (Pour the wine in one go, so that after the chicken wine is cooked, the wine will not taste so strong, and most of the alcohol will evaporate)
3.
The rock sugar tastes better. Finally, add a bowl of boiling water and boil it in a casserole to simmer slowly.
4.
The casserole is simmered for 40 minutes and ready to eat.
5.
The ginger wine and chicken soup and rice are excellent, and they are absolutely good for women.
Tips:
The chicken must be sautéed and dried.
