The refreshing scent of corn and the scent of milk perfectly blend together, and every bite is sweet and satisfying.

Ham and Corn Soup

1. Peel off the corn kernels or scrape them off with a knife.

2. Split the corn cobs in half and boil for 10 minutes. Use the water. Because the corn cob has the fragrance and sweetness of corn, it tastes more fragrant after boiling water and adding it to the soup.

3. Cut the ham into small cubes.

4. The raw material for making corn soup.

5. Melt butter, add corn kernels and ham, and stir fry a few times.

6. Add water to boil the corn and bring to a boil.

7. Add 3 cubes of milk and stew cubes, melt the cubes of milk stew in water, reduce heat to simmer for 8-10 minutes.

8. Collect the soup until it is thick and ready to be out of the pot.

9. Served with bread is a simple meal.

Tips:

If you like a little bit of crushed corn, use a blender to break up the corn kernels in advance. I didn't break the corn kernels, I like the satisfaction of eating corn kernels.
