Ham and Mushroom Claypot Rice
1.
I use a can of fresh rice.
2.
One can is about 206 grams, which is the amount of two adults. I take half, about 100 grams.
3.
Rinse twice with clean water and soak in water for more than half an hour. Soak the rice and prepare to slice the ham. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and coriander, and drain. Roasted chicken drumsticks are purchased directly from the supermarket.
4.
Electric ceramic stove 1200W, with oil brush dipped in vegetable oil, brush the inner wall of the pot to ensure that the inner wall is completely brushed.
5.
When the pot is hot, pour the soaked rice and add water to about 0.5 cm on the surface of the rice. Heat for about fifteen minutes.
6.
When the water in the pot is slightly dry, turn to a low heat of 400W, and gradually turn to 200W. The process takes about ten minutes.
7.
When the rice is cooked, spread the mushrooms and put the ham on top of the mushrooms. Heat at 400W for 8 minutes. When the meat is cooked, the oil drips on the mushrooms, and the mushrooms absorb and taste delicious.
8.
At this time, the ham and shiitake mushrooms are already cooked.
9.
You can turn off the heat and put on the coriander. If you are used to eating cooked food, you can heat it up to 400W.
10.
Put on the roasted chicken legs, the claypot rice is a success! If you like to eat crispy rice, you can continue to heat it at 400W for ten minutes.
Tips:
1. After cleaning the rice, it is best to soak for more than half an hour. The rice cooked in this way will be soft and delicious.
2. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the casserole to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot and make the rice crust more fragrant.
3. When the rice is boiled until the water is dry, it can be turned to low heat when it is ripe. Braised over a low fire, you can let the aroma of bacon blend into the mushrooms and rice, and the rice also has a fresh aroma.
