Ham and Winter Melon Soup

Thaw the green beans and clean them; dice the ham.

2 eggs, separate the egg whites for later use.

Peel the wax gourd, wash, and cut into pieces. (The size depends on your cooking machine)

Put it in a food processor, add appropriate amount of water and beat into puree. (Add a little less water first, add more water if it feels thick when you do it later)

Heat the wok, pour the oil, pour the green beans and diced ham and stir fry.

Pour in the mashed winter melon, stir well, boil for 5 minutes after boiling.
7.
Pour in the egg whites and stir quickly evenly.
8.
Add pepper and salt to taste.
