Hand-painted Cake Roll
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Mix water + cooking oil + sugar and mix well
3.
Add the sifted low-gluten flour and cornstarch, and mix well
4.
Add egg yolk and stir to make a batter
5.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites and beat them with an electric whisk until moist foaming. Lift the whisk to pull out the sharp corners.
6.
Mix one-third of the meringue with the batter and stir evenly
7.
Add the evenly mixed batter to the remaining meringue and stir evenly.
8.
Put a little batter in a piping bag, drop two drops of red food coloring, and knead evenly
9.
Extrude the shape of a cat's paw in a baking tray lined with greased paper, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 1 minute, and the surface is dry.
10.
Pour the remaining batter into the baking pan, the surface of the baked cat's claw is dry, so that it will not be deformed
11.
Spread the batter with a spatula, smooth the surface, put it in the oven and bake (I use a flat pan and put the baking net on the last layer, if the oven comes with a baking tray, put the second layer from the bottom), heat up to 150 degrees, and lower it. Fire at 120 degrees, bake for 30 minutes
12.
Immediately after baking out, tear off the oil paper to reveal the hand-painted cat's claw layer
13.
After the cake has cooled naturally, put it on tin foil, and smear the whipped cream on the surface of the cake
14.
Just roll it up
