Handan Sesame Sauce Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients: tahini, cucumber, amaranth, noodles

2. Boil half a pot of water, wait for the water to boil, add the noodles and cook

3. Wash the cucumber and amaranth during the cooking process, cut the cucumber into thin strips and set aside

4. Prepare an empty bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, salt and other seasonings, and stir to form a sauce

5. After the noodles are cooked, remove the cold water, and then put it on a plate for later use

6. Then blanch the amaranth

7. After blanching the amaranth, remove the water and place it on the noodles

8. Pour in the previously adjusted sauce

9. Put on the cucumber shreds and sesame paste, mix well and serve

Tips:

1. The noodles are best not thick or thin, you can buy them or make them yourself with flour.
2. If you don't have amaranth, you can leave it alone
3. If you like spicy food, add some oily chili appropriately
