Ding marshmallows in the microwave for 1 minute

Stir quickly and evenly. (If you can’t mix it, let’s microwave for ten seconds)

Take a fresh-keeping bag and put it on the square plate, and brush a layer of cooked peanut oil on the fresh-keeping bag

Cover the nougat with a fresh-keeping bag and let the nougat cool down by hand (you don’t need the fresh-keeping bag directly by hand, but you should put a little oil on your hands to prevent sticky hands)

Tips:
1. Marshmallows must be all white and not filled.
2. The microwave time of marshmallows should not exceed 1 minute, otherwise it will be mushy. Be sure to stir quickly, as it won’t move after cooling.
3. After finishing the shape, you can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour before cutting, so that it is harder to cut.
4. Raw peanuts can also be roasted in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, but I personally think that the fried peanuts are more fragrant than roasted. .
