I made some nougat and wrapped it as a gift. During the New Year, I made a lot of marshmallows, and they all said they were delicious. Taking advantage of the time in the past few days, I made some more. Eat slowly. The daughter said it was very delicious, soft and fragrant.

Tips:

1. Marshmallows must be all white and not filled.
2. The microwave time of marshmallows should not exceed 1 minute, otherwise it will be mushy. Be sure to stir quickly, as it won’t move after cooling.
3. After finishing the shape, you can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour before cutting, so that it is harder to cut.
4. Raw peanuts can also be roasted in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, but I personally think that the fried peanuts are more fragrant than roasted. .
