Prepare materials

Melt the butter in water and pour it into a non-stick pan over medium and small heat and continue heating

Pour the marshmallows and heat and stir to melt

When the marshmallow is almost melted, pour in the ground peanuts and mix evenly

Then pour in the milk powder and mix well

Mix well and quickly pour it into a baking dish lined with greased paper

If it’s not too hot, it will be shaped and flattened.

After shaping, cool and cut into pieces

Cut into strips first, then cut into small pieces

Wrap the chopped nougat into the wrapping paper

Finally, put the packaged nougat into an airtight jar or packaging bag.
Tips:
When shaping, use a rolling pin to press evenly. In addition, there is no need to cool for too long after shaping, and it can be cut into pieces when there is a little residual heat after cooling, and it is easy to break when it is hard.
