Handmade Nougat

Prepare all materials

Melt all the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat

Pour marshmallows and stir fry

Stir fry the melted marshmallow, pour the milk powder and stir evenly

Pour the peanuts and stir well, I used the original peanuts for good taste

You can turn off the heat and use the remaining heat of the pot to continue to stir evenly

Put it on the square plate with greased paper and cover with a layer of greased paper. Use a wooden stick to flatten and cool and cut into pieces.

Finally wrap it in glutinous rice paper and nougat paper
Tips:
You must use a non-stick pan to make nougat, an ordinary iron pan will be very sticky. Peanuts can be crushed or raw
