Handmade Nougat

Large collection of materials

Pour rock sugar, water, and maltose into the milk pot and cook to 132 degrees

Beat the egg whites to the inverted triangle

Pour the boiled syrup into the egg whites and mix quickly

Add butter and mix quickly
6.
Add milk powder and mix quickly
7.
Add cranberries and mix well (Cranberries can be replaced with other nuts)

Mix all the ingredients well and pour on greased paper
9.
The sticks are rubbed flat, and cut into pieces after cooling down
10.
Cut into pieces and wrap with a layer of glutinous rice paper
11.
Just wrap it in candy paper
Tips:
Boiling syrup is the key. If you don’t have a thermometer, just drop a drop of syrup in cold water. If it hardens quickly, it means it’s ready.
