Handmade Peanut Cranberry Nougat
1.
Stir-fried peanuts and spare
2.
Heat the butter over low heat, remember to wipe it to the edge of the pan to avoid sticking
3.
I divided the pour into two parts. In fact, it has to be finished all at once to be evenly heated. Remember, otherwise it will burn.
4.
Add appropriate amount of milk powder and mix well, preferably unsweetened milk powder because the marshmallow itself is very sweet
5.
Add the cranberry peanuts to the stir-fry
6.
Almost fried
7.
Pour it into a baking dish or mold and let it cool. Use oily paper to absorb oil
8.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and roll it out with a rolling pin. I made it a bit thicker. I added the oil and milk powder later so the color was a bit yellow
9.
Cut it into proper size and put it in the container and it's done!
10.
I bought a candy wrapper by myself, and it’s good to give it away~
Tips:
It depends on your own taste to determine the amount of ingredients. The first time I made it, I didn't control the thickness, and the finished product was too few, but I made it by myself and tasted more assured.
