Handmade Peanut Nougat

In a non-stick pan (must use a non-stick pan, otherwise it will be mushy) put the butter and heat until it melts.

Then add marshmallow

Add milk powder after the marshmallows are completely melted

After the milk powder is evenly stirred, turn off the heat, pour in the peanuts and stir-fry quickly evenly. I didn't take pictures at this step

Pour the nougat into the anti-sticking tarp, spread a tarp on it, and roll it to a thickness of 1cm with a rolling pin.

When it cools a little bit, it's still a little bit soft. Use a knife to cut into a length of 1cm wide and 5cm long

Wrap a piece of glutinous rice paper inside, anti-sticky sugar paper

Wrap it in sugar paper. carry out
Tips:
1. Must use non-stick pan. 2. Small fire throughout. 3. Add more milk powder if you like sweeter ones. 4. You can add cocoa powder or matcha powder to make different flavors. 5. If there is no cooked peanuts, put the raw peanuts in the oven to roast them, and then use a rolling pin to crush them (you can also not crush them)
