This sauce can be used to mix cold dishes, or as a sauce for shabu-shabu. The sesame and peanut aromas are strong, and the slightly spicy flavor of chili oil is very appetizing.

Peanut Hemp Sauce

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Fry white sesame seeds in a pan and let cool for later use

3. Pour the hot chicken soup into the sesame sauce

4. Mix well and then add peanut butter

5. Then adjust the sesame sauce and peanut butter until thick and smooth

6. Then add salt, sugar, soy sauce

7. Then mix thoroughly

8. Pour the red chili oil

9. Add chopped peanuts

10. Add cooked sesame seeds

11. Finally mix it thoroughly

Tips:

If you can eat spicy food, you can add more red chili oil. I added 2 tablespoons only slightly spicy. If you think it is too thick to mix, you can heat the chicken soup more, but don't mix it too thin.
