Handmade Vegetable Butterfly Noodle

Spinach, carrots, and corn can be juiced with a juicer/or can be cooked and pureed with a food processor

Mix the vegetable juice into a dough according to the proportion of 300 grams of flour and 100 grams of flour, wrap it with plastic wrap, and let the noodles rise for about 10 minutes to start making various shapes

After making the dough, put it in the sun and half air dry. You can also put the fresh noodles directly in the pot and cook them for immediate consumption.
Tips:
1. Vegetable juice cannot be left overnight, please don't prepare too much. 2. When the noodles are almost dry, remember to turn them over, and wait until both sides can be exposed to the sun
