I messed up and thought I didn't have to deal with that pile of hawthorns. In the end, it still has to be dealt with.
For hawthorn, I am still happy to eat it directly. Any treatment method seems to add a lot of sugar. However, only processed hawthorn can be divided and eaten. Then make the sugar snowball that I have most wanted to try. It's actually frosted hawthorn-hawthorn covered with icing sugar.
Two production methods. A kind of cooked starch, a kind of directly fried sugar into icing. Of course, the latter is more authentic. Both approaches are not complicated. but. . . . Messed up! There are many small fruits in the pot, so I don't think about it at all. When the fire arrived, he poured a pot of fruit in without hesitation. Suddenly I was silly, and I couldn't stir it at all. With a trace of fluke, after trying a few times in vain, he quickly salvaged the fruit that had already appeared soft and ripe, and sought another remedy. The result of the remedy was that the fruit barely covered the frost, but it became a little soft and ripe due to more heat, and began to seep water, and then gradually soaked the frosting. The frosting began to melt at a slow rate. It can be inferred. The final result of this situation is the unboiled candied hawthorn.

Tips:

White vinegar can also be used without frosting. It must not be fired, otherwise the hawthorn will become soft and seep when heated, and the frosting will not be allowed.
