Hanging Frost Hawthorn
1.
Ingredients: 1200g hawthorn, 360g caster sugar, 180ml water, 45ml white vinegar
2.
v Wash and dry the hawthorn, use a pen cap to press out a circle on the stalk of the fruit.
3.
Then press out a circle on the pedicle to push out the core
4.
Pour sugar and water into the pot, heat and stir over medium heat. When the water evaporates, foaming appears, pour the white vinegar and stir evenly.
5.
A large amount of white foam is formed in the pot, turn off the heat, pour in hawthorn, stir fry evenly, put icing sugar on it, and take out the pot immediately
Tips:
White vinegar can also be used without frosting. It must not be fired, otherwise the hawthorn will become soft and seep when heated, and the frosting will not be allowed.
