Happy Time at Xiaoyu's House. . . Mashed Potato Pastry Box
1.
Prepare the required materials (potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree)
2.
Prepare the necessary tools (one piping bag, one piping mouth, two round molds, one large and one small)
3.
Pour a little milk in the salad dressing
4.
Stir it into a paste
5.
Put an appropriate amount of salad dressing on the mashed potatoes (the amount is determined by your own preference)
6.
Put some pizza straw (if you don’t have one, you can ignore it)
7.
Take a piece of flying cake crust, take a big mold and press it out (there is no bigger round mold at home, I took a teacup to use, huh)
8.
Squeeze out a number of round fly pie crusts, one of them sits at the bottom, and the others use small round molds to make a hollow in the middle.
9.
Overlap the pressed shapes together, at this time the oven starts to preheat to 170 degrees
10.
I'm sitting on the bottom with a total of five layers
11.
Brush with a layer of egg liquid and send it into the 170 degree oven
12.
Bake until the crust is colored, take it out and squeeze the mixed mashed potatoes in the middle, then return to the oven and bake (the total time is about 15 minutes) depending on the temper of your own oven!
Tips:
1. During the baking period, check whether the puff pastry box will collapse or not. Because the crust is relatively oily, I did not use a mold or the like, so I found it a bit crooked during the baking process, so I took it out and reshaped it. It is best to have a mold similar to the size of a pastry box.
2. Three or four flying pie crusts can only make two small pastry boxes my size!
