Head Bean Soup

Pour oil in the pan, put the fish head in the pan and fry after the oil is hot, pour the cooking wine to remove the fishy, fry it until it is dry

Put boiling water in the pot, add red dates, wolfberry, green onion, ginger and stew fish head
3.
Just simmer for two hours until it becomes milky white. Add tofu and you can drink the soup!
Tips:
The fish head will not be fishy if you fry it, and it will be milky white only if you use boiling water
