Healing Japanese Curry Rice
1.
Potatoes, onions, chicken breasts, cut into pieces and set aside
2.
Pour the potatoes, chicken thighs, onion, and curry into the rice cooker, add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, and the water so that the ingredients are more than a finger, cover the rice cooker and press the cooking function (I’m being lazy) I found that using an electric rice cooker is really super convenient)
3.
You can open it in about half an hour to see if the potatoes and chicken are soft and rotten. If they are rotten, add some salt and season the chicken essence, then you can start.
4.
Cover the plate with a bowl of rice, add the curry, and put the chicken pieces on it. I also drizzled some light cream and sprinkled black pepper on it.
5.
The perfect rice killer combination! ! !
