Healthy and Delicious Homemade Red Bean Paste

Wash the red beans and soak them in clean water overnight to allow them to absorb water and swell.

Put the soaked red beans into the pressure cooker, and add the water that has just barely covered the red beans.

Activate the bean / tendon function and cook the red beans thoroughly.

This is the red beans cooked with the bean / tendon function of the pressure cooker.

Put the butter in a non-stick pan to melt, then put the red beans in and stir fry.

While frying the red beans, add the brown sugar three times and stir well.

When stir-frying until it feels difficult to stir the spatula, the red bean paste is fine.
8.
Pack the red bean paste and put it in the refrigerator, just take it as soon as you use it!
Tips:
Note that when frying the red bean paste, be sure to use a non-stick pan, otherwise it will be easy to boil!
